About me
I am a technology and business transformation executive with more than two decades of experience turning organizational complexity into structured momentum — and momentum into measurable, secure outcomes.
My career has evolved at the intersection of strategy, operations, and cybersecurity. Across industries and continents, I have led modernization and resilience programs, strengthened digital defense capabilities, and guided enterprises through complex technological and structural transitions. From integrating cybersecurity frameworks into enterprise architecture to embedding AI-driven automation across digital ecosystems, my focus remains constant: build organizations that are both innovative and resilient.
In my current role as a senior leader in the technology and infrastructure industry, I help global organizations rethink how they protect and optimize digital value. I specialize in transforming legacy systems into adaptive, secure platforms that align with business intent. This involves designing modernization strategies where cybersecurity is not an afterthought, but a structural principle — embedded across operations, architecture, and governance.
My leadership experience was forged in high-stakes operational contexts — where continuity, trust, and protection of data are inseparable from performance. I have directed large-scale transformation and cybersecurity initiatives across Latin America, led multi-country operations with thousands of professionals, and managed full P&L ownership in complex portfolios. My work has included integrating cyber resilience into infrastructure delivery, building regional security operations capabilities, and aligning defense strategies with regulatory and geopolitical realities.
Beyond industry, I contribute to the global conversation on cybersecurity, technology policy, and digital inclusion. I serve as an Expert Advisor to the EU CyberNet initiative, helping governments and international institutions develop national cybersecurity strategies, critical infrastructure protection frameworks, and policies for technological sovereignty. As a member of the Board of Trustees of ICT University in Africa, I support leadership development and academic innovation, emphasizing the role of cyber education in nation-building and sustainable development.
Academically, I hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science and am pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration focused on leadership, innovation, and cultural adaptation. Complemented by executive education from Harvard Kennedy School, The George Washington University, IMD (Switzerland), and other institutions, my academic path reinforces an integrated understanding of transformation — where governance, security, and innovation converge.
Over the years, I have worked with organizations in telecommunications, manufacturing, finance, retail, consumer goods, and government — sectors where resilience and security determine competitiveness. I have built digital strategies, advised boards, and led restructuring programs to align technology investments with operational continuity and risk management.
I view cybersecurity as both a technical discipline and a leadership imperative. In a world defined by systemic interdependence, security is no longer a department — it is the foundation of trust in every digital endeavor. I believe in leadership that combines cultural intelligence, ethical clarity, and operational precision. My purpose is to help institutions evolve securely, transform intelligently, and leave legacies built on resilience.
